Synopsis

La transformación digital ha redefinido los modelos de negocio tradicionales, impulsando a las organizaciones a adoptar enfoques más ágiles, innovadores y orientados a datos. En este contexto, la presente obra tiene como objetivo analizar la integración de la metodología Lean Startup con la inteligencia artificial como un enfoque estratégico para el diseño, validación y escalamiento de modelos de negocio en entornos digitales.

El estudio se desarrolla bajo un enfoque de revisión bibliográfica, mediante el análisis de literatura científica relevante sobre innovación empresarial, transformación digital, analítica de datos y tecnologías emergentes. A partir de este análisis, se identifican los principales fundamentos teóricos del Lean Startup, destacando su enfoque en el aprendizaje validado, la experimentación continua y la reducción de la incertidumbre. Asimismo, se examina el papel de la inteligencia artificial como motor de innovación, evidenciando su capacidad para optimizar procesos, mejorar la toma de decisiones y generar ventajas competitivas sostenibles.
