Personal psychosocial factors and job stress of nursing professionals
Synopsis
The research entitled: Personal psychosocial factors and work stress of the nursing staff of the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital, had as a general objective to determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and the work tension of the nursing staff of the Hermilio Valdizán Lima Hospital, 2018, analysis performed in function to the quality of service, was applied with Likert scale questionnaire and Karasek, Maslach for the variables.
The type of research is basic, descriptive in nature, the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational in scope, made up of a sample of 60 nurses from medical services. The survey technique was applied with a Likert and Karasek scale questionnaire, Maslach for the variables.
From the analysis of the data it is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the psychosocial factors and the work tension of the nursing staff of the Hermilio Valdizán Lima Hospital, 2017; because of the rho Spearman correlation coefficient, 735 and the value p =, 000 less than the level of, 05. Likewise, it was observed that the nurses have a moderate level in the psychosocial factors and a medium level in the work tension.
