Synopsis

Biomedical informatics focused on the registration of information to use it in casuistry that could not be properly faced and generate new problems due to the constant evolution of the discomforts that afflict living beings in general requires prioritization in situations of need and vulnerability due to the presence of viruses whose resistance tends to increase. Based on this, the objective was set to study the need to identify relevant aspects of biomedical informatics whose object of study is rotavirus in humans; therefore, a systematic literature review of 15 inquiries available between 2019 and 2023 was conducted, taking into account pure research, the qualitative approach and the flowchart Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Indeed, the endless changes revealed the challenges that biomedical informatics faces and must prevent for future generations.
