Post -Pandemia Post-Pandemic university sustainable innovation categories

Each time, the success of the university focuses on sustainable innovation in the interest of fostering best practices, so a new paradigm has arguably emerged. The creation of a sustainable innovative ecosystem has effects such as: it contributes to the digitization of the university, the creation of public companies with a technological nature, the promotion of open innovation and the improvement of new policies that feed back into the system. The objective of the research was to identify the categories for sustainable innovation of the post-pandemic university. The approach used was qualitative at the descriptive level, it was of a cross-sectional retrospective type, theoretical methods such as deductive, inductive and historical logic were used, and a document analysis was carried out on the part of the empirical method. The study population was the teachers and authorities of the Higher Polytechnic School of Chimborazo (ESPOCH) at the executive level. Snowball sampling was used, where 50 teachers and 5 authorities were identified. The results indicate that: 100% of informants consider it important that there are categories that guarantee sustainable innovation. They also identified five categories of the Doblin Model such as network, structure, process, service and customer commitment. Because it is a novel investigation, it is suggested to consider the model for future investigations.
